New International Version

7 Because you are my help,(A)
    I sing in the shadow of your wings.(B)
8 I cling to you;(C)
    your right hand upholds me.(D)

9 Those who want to kill me will be destroyed;(E)
    they will go down to the depths of the earth.(F)
10 They will be given over to the sword(G)
    and become food for jackals.(H)

11 But the king will rejoice in God;
    all who swear by God will glory in him,(I)
    while the mouths of liars will be silenced.(J)

7 Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.

8 My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.

9 But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.

10 They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.

11 But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.
