4 Thus says the Lord of hosts: Old men and old women shall again sit in the streets of Jerusalem, each with staff in hand because of their great age. 5 And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in its streets. 6 Thus says the Lord of hosts: Even though it seems impossible to the remnant of this people in these days, should it also seem impossible to me, says the Lord of hosts?

New International Version
4 This is what the Lord Almighty says: “Once again men and women of ripe old age will sit in the streets of Jerusalem,(A) each of them with cane in hand because of their age. 5 The city streets will be filled with boys and girls playing there.(B)”
6 This is what the Lord Almighty says: “It may seem marvelous to the remnant of this people at that time,(C) but will it seem marvelous to me?(D)” declares the Lord Almighty.
