Ruth 2:3-5

3 So Ruth left and entered the field to gather grain behind the harvesters. She happened(A) to be in the portion of land belonging to Boaz, who was from Elimelech’s family.
4 Later, when Boaz arrived from Bethlehem, he said to the harvesters, “The Lord be with you.”(B)
“The Lord bless you,”(C) they replied.
5 Boaz asked his servant who was in charge of the harvesters, “Whose young woman is this?”

New International Version
3 So she went out, entered a field and began to glean behind the harvesters.(A) As it turned out, she was working in a field belonging to Boaz, who was from the clan of Elimelek.(B)
4 Just then Boaz arrived from Bethlehem and greeted the harvesters, “The Lord be with you!(C)”
“The Lord bless you!(D)” they answered.
5 Boaz asked the overseer of his harvesters, “Who does that young woman belong to?”
