    and renew a steadfast spirit within me.^(F)

    or take your Holy Spirit^(I) from me.
¹² Restore to me the joy of your salvation^(J)
    and grant me a willing spirit,^(K) to sustain me.^(L)

¹³ Then I will teach transgressors your ways,^(M)
    so that sinners^(N) will turn back to you.^(O)
14 Deliver me^(P) from the guilt of bloodshed,^(Q) O God,
