4 [a]In whose eyes a vile person is contemned, but he honoreth them that fear the Lord: he that sweareth to his own hindrance and changeth not.
5 He that [b]giveth not his money unto usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent: he that doeth these things, [c]shall never be moved.

New International Version
4 who despises a vile person
but honors(A) those who fear the Lord;
who keeps an oath(B) even when it hurts,
and does not change their mind;
5 who lends money to the poor without interest;(C)
who does not accept a bribe(D) against the innocent.
Whoever does these things
will never be shaken.(E)
