²Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.

²³Search me,^(A) God, and know my heart;^(B)
test me and know my anxious thoughts.

²⁴See if there is any offensive way^(A) in me,
and lead me^(B) in the way everlasting.

²⁴And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
