Proverbs 31:6

⁶Let beer be for those who are perishing,
wine^(A) for those who are in anguish!

⁶Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.

⁶^(A)Give strong drink to him who is perishing,
And wine to those who are bitter of heart.

²³Then they offered him wine mixed with myrrh,^(A) but he did not take it.

²³And they gave him to drink wine mingled with myrrh: but he received it not.

²³^(A)Then they gave Him wine mingled with myrrh to drink, but He did not take it.
