Numbers 9:5-7
1599 Geneva Bible
5 And they kept the Passover in the fourteenth day of the first month at even in the wilderness of Sinai: according to all that the Lord had commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.
6 ¶ And certain men were defiled [a]by a dead man, that they might not keep the Passover the same day: and they came before Moses and before Aaron the same day.
7 And those men said unto him, We are defiled by a dead man: wherefore are we kept back that we may not [b]offer an offering unto the Lord in the time thereunto appointed among the children of Israel?
