Numbers 22:3-4
New American Standard Bible
3 (A)So Moab was in great fear because of the people, for they were numerous; and Moab was in dread of the sons of Israel. 4 Moab said to the elders of (B)Midian, “Now this [a]horde will eat up all that is around us, as the ox eats up the grass of the field!” And Balak the son of Zippor was king of Moab at that time.

New International Version
3 and Moab was terrified because there were so many people. Indeed, Moab was filled with dread(A) because of the Israelites.
4 The Moabites(B) said to the elders of Midian,(C) “This horde is going to lick up everything(D) around us, as an ox licks up the grass of the field.(E)”
So Balak son of Zippor, who was king of Moab at that time,
