Nehemiah 9:20-27
New International Version
20 You gave your good Spirit(A) to instruct(B) them. You did not withhold your manna(C) from their mouths, and you gave them water(D) for their thirst. 21 For forty years(E) you sustained them in the wilderness; they lacked nothing,(F) their clothes did not wear out nor did their feet become swollen.(G)
22 “You gave them kingdoms and nations, allotting to them even the remotest frontiers. They took over the country of Sihon[a](H) king of Heshbon and the country of Og king of Bashan.(I) 23 You made their children as numerous as the stars in the sky,(J) and you brought them into the land that you told their parents to enter and possess. 24 Their children went in and took possession of the land.(K) You subdued(L) before them the Canaanites, who lived in the land; you gave the Canaanites into their hands, along with their kings and the peoples of the land, to deal with them as they pleased. 25 They captured fortified cities and fertile land;(M) they took possession of houses filled with all kinds of good things,(N) wells already dug, vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees in abundance. They ate to the full and were well-nourished;(O) they reveled in your great goodness.(P)
26 “But they were disobedient and rebelled against you; they turned their backs on your law.(Q) They killed(R) your prophets,(S) who had warned them in order to turn them back to you; they committed awful blasphemies.(T) 27 So you delivered them into the hands of their enemies,(U) who oppressed them. But when they were oppressed they cried out to you. From heaven you heard them, and in your great compassion(V) you gave them deliverers,(W) who rescued them from the hand of their enemies.

Nehemiah 9:20-27
King James Version
20 Thou gavest also thy good spirit to instruct them, and withheldest not thy manna from their mouth, and gavest them water for their thirst.
21 Yea, forty years didst thou sustain them in the wilderness, so that they lacked nothing; their clothes waxed not old, and their feet swelled not.
22 Moreover thou gavest them kingdoms and nations, and didst divide them into corners: so they possessed the land of Sihon, and the land of the king of Heshbon, and the land of Og king of Bashan.
23 Their children also multipliedst thou as the stars of heaven, and broughtest them into the land, concerning which thou hadst promised to their fathers, that they should go in to possess it.
24 So the children went in and possessed the land, and thou subduedst before them the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, and gavest them into their hands, with their kings, and the people of the land, that they might do with them as they would.
25 And they took strong cities, and a fat land, and possessed houses full of all goods, wells digged, vineyards, and oliveyards, and fruit trees in abundance: so they did eat, and were filled, and became fat, and delighted themselves in thy great goodness.
26 Nevertheless they were disobedient, and rebelled against thee, and cast thy law behind their backs, and slew thy prophets which testified against them to turn them to thee, and they wrought great provocations.
27 Therefore thou deliveredst them into the hand of their enemies, who vexed them: and in the time of their trouble, when they cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and according to thy manifold mercies thou gavest them saviours, who saved them out of the hand of their enemies.
