Luke 7:45-47
Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition
45 You gave me no kiss, but from the time I came in she has not ceased to kiss my feet. 46 You did not anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet with ointment. 47 Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much; but he who is forgiven little, loves little.”[a]

- 7.47 The preceding parable suggests that she loved much because she had been forgiven much. Jesus now implies that her love is a sign rather than a cause of forgiveness, thus confirming the point of the parable.
Luke 7:45-47
New International Version
45 You did not give me a kiss,(A) but this woman, from the time I entered, has not stopped kissing my feet. 46 You did not put oil on my head,(B) but she has poured perfume on my feet. 47 Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven—as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little.”
