21 They each stood in his place around the camp, and all the army ran; and they shouted, and put them to flight. 22 They blew the three hundred trumpets, and Yahweh set every man’s sword against his fellow and against all the army; and the army fled as far as Beth Shittah toward Zererah, as far as the border of Abel Meholah, by Tabbath. 23 The men of Israel were gathered together out of Naphtali, out of Asher, and out of all Manasseh, and pursued Midian.

New International Version
21 While each man held his position around the camp, all the Midianites ran, crying out as they fled.(A)
22 When the three hundred trumpets sounded,(B) the Lord caused the men throughout the camp to turn on each other(C) with their swords.(D) The army fled to Beth Shittah toward Zererah as far as the border of Abel Meholah(E) near Tabbath. 23 Israelites from Naphtali, Asher(F) and all Manasseh were called out,(G) and they pursued the Midianites.(H)
