For certain persons sneaked-in[a]— the ones formerly[b] having been portrayed[c] for this judgment, ungodly ones— changing[d] the grace of our God into sensuality and denying our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

Remember: The Lord Punished The Unbelieving And The Immoral

Now I want to remind you— you knowing[e] all things— that the Lord[f], having once[g] saved[h] the people out of the land of Egypt, afterwards destroyed the ones not having believed. And He has kept[i] angels— the ones not having kept their own domain[j], but having left-behind[k] their own dwelling[l]in eternal bonds[m] under gloom for the judgment of the great day.

For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about[a] long ago have secretly slipped in among you.(A) They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.(B)

Though you already know all this,(C) I want to remind you(D) that the Lord[b] at one time delivered his people out of Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not believe.(E) And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day.(F)
