⁵ This is the territory of the Ephraimites, divided according to its clans. The boundary of the inheritance went from Ataroth-addar in the east to upper Beth-horon ⁶ and it continued on to the sea. From Micmethath in the north it curved eastward to Taanath-shiloh, passing by it to the east of Janoah. ⁷ It went down from Janoah to Ataroth and Naarah, arriving at Jericho and then ending at the Jordan.
