2 So they made Him a dinner there, and (A)Martha was serving; and Lazarus was one of those reclining at the table with Him. 3 (B)Mary then took a [a]pound of very expensive (C)perfume of pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped His feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. 4 But (D)Judas Iscariot, one of His disciples, the one who intended to [b]betray Him, *said,

New International Version
2 Here a dinner was given in Jesus’ honor. Martha served,(A) while Lazarus was among those reclining at the table with him. 3 Then Mary took about a pint[a] of pure nard, an expensive perfume;(B) she poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped his feet with her hair.(C) And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.
4 But one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, who was later to betray him,(D) objected,
