²⁵if I have rejoiced over my great wealth,^(A)

²⁵If I rejoice because my wealth was great, and because mine hand had gotten much;

²⁵^(A)If I have rejoiced because my wealth was great,
And because my hand had gained much;

²⁸then these also would be sins to be judged,^(A)
for I would have been unfaithful to God on high.^(B)

²⁸This also were an iniquity to be punished by the judge: for I should have denied the God that is above.

²⁸This also would be an iniquity deserving of judgment,
