¹⁴ but have ^(A)walked after the stubbornness of their heart and after the ^(B)Baals, as their ^(C)fathers taught them,”

¹¹ Then you are to say to them, ‘It is ^(A)because your fathers have forsaken Me,’ declares Yahweh, ‘and have walked after ^(B)other gods and served them and worshiped them; but Me they have forsaken and have not kept My law. ¹² You too have done evil, even ^(C)more than your fathers; for behold, you are each one walking according to the ^(D)stubbornness of his own ^(E)evil heart, without listening to Me.

¹⁸ “I said to their ^[a](A)children in the wilderness, ‘^(B)Do not walk in the statutes of your fathers and do not keep their judgments and do not defile yourselves with their idols.

²⁴ because they had not done My judgments, but had rejected My statutes and had profaned My sabbaths, and ^(A)their eyes were going after the idols of their fathers.

³⁰ Therefore, say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says Lord Yahweh, “Will you defile yourselves in the way of your ^(A)fathers and play the harlot after their detestable things?
