9 And ye have seen [a]the breaches of the city of David: for they were many, and ye gathered the waters of the lower pool.
10 And ye numbered the houses [b]of Jerusalem, and the houses have ye broken down to fortify the wall,
11 And have also made a ditch between the two walls, for the [c]waters of the old pool, and have not looked unto the maker [d]thereof, neither had respect unto him that formed it of old.
