Isaiah 57:8-10
Legacy Standard Bible
8 Behind the door and the doorpost
You have set up your memorial;
Indeed, far removed from Me, you have (A)uncovered yourself,
And have gone up and made your bed wide,
And you have cut a covenant for yourself with them;
You have loved their [a]bed;
You have looked on their [b]manhood.
9 You have journeyed to the king with oil
And increased your perfumes;
You have (B)sent your envoys a great distance
And made them go down to Sheol.
10 You were tired out by the length of your road,
Yet you did not say, ‘(C)It is hopeless.’
You found [c]renewed strength;
Therefore you did not [d]faint.

Isaiah 57:8-10
New International Version
8 Behind your doors and your doorposts
you have put your pagan symbols.
Forsaking me, you uncovered your bed,
you climbed into it and opened it wide;
you made a pact with those whose beds you love,(A)
and you looked with lust on their naked bodies.(B)
9 You went to Molek[a](C) with olive oil
and increased your perfumes.(D)
You sent your ambassadors[b](E) far away;
you descended to the very realm of the dead!(F)
10 You wearied(G) yourself by such going about,
but you would not say, ‘It is hopeless.’(H)
You found renewal of your strength,(I)
and so you did not faint.
