Isaiah 57:17

New International Version

¹⁷I was enraged by their sinful greed;^(A)
I punished them, and hid^(B) my face in anger,
yet they kept on in their willful ways.^(C)

¹⁷For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him: I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart.

and are rich in treasures,^(B)
your end has come,
the time for you to be destroyed.^(C)
