Isaiah 51:21-23
New International Version
21 Therefore hear this, you afflicted(A) one,
made drunk,(B) but not with wine.

the cup(D) that made you stagger;
from that cup, the goblet of my wrath,
you will never drink again.
23 I will put it into the hands of your tormentors,(E)
who said to you,
‘Fall prostrate(F) that we may walk(G) on you.’
And you made your back like the ground,
like a street to be walked on.”(H)

22 Thus saith thy Lord the Lord, and thy God that pleadeth the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of thine hand the cup of trembling, even the dregs of the cup of my fury; thou shalt no more drink it again:
23 But I will put it into the hand of them that afflict thee; which have said to thy soul, Bow down, that we may go over: and thou hast laid thy body as the ground, and as the street, to them that went over.
