⁵The waters of the river will dry up,^(A)
and the riverbed will be parched and dry.^(B)

⁵And the waters shall fail from the sea, and the river shall be wasted and dried up.

⁶The canals will stink;^(A)
the streams of Egypt will dwindle and dry up.^(B)
