⁷ But you shall ^(A)speak My words to them ^(B)whether they listen or whether they refuse, for they are rebellious.

¹¹ And go now, come to the exiles, to the sons of your people, and you shall speak to them and say to them, whether they listen or whether they refuse, ‘Thus says Lord Yahweh.’”

²⁷ But ^(A)when I speak to you, I will open your mouth, and you will say to them, ‘Thus says Lord Yahweh.’ He who hears, let him hear; and he who refuses, let him refuse; ^(B)for they are a rebellious house.

¹² Now as you enter the ^[a]house, ^(A)give it your ^[b]greeting. ¹³ And if the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it. But if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. ¹⁴ And whoever does not receive you, nor heed your words, as you leave that house or that city, ^(B)shake the dust off your feet. ¹⁵ Truly I say to you, ^(C)it will be more tolerable for the land of ^(D)Sodom and Gomorrah in ^(E)the day of judgment than for that city.

⁴⁶ Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly and said, “It was necessary that the word of God be spoken to you ^(A)first. Since you reject it and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, ^(B)we are turning to the Gentiles.
