Exodus 6:7-9

7 Then I will take you [a](A)for My people, and (B)I will be [b]your God; and (C)you shall know that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. 8 I will bring you to the land which (D)I [c]swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and (E)I will give it to you for a possession; (F)I am the Lord.’” 9 So Moses spoke thus to the sons of Israel, but they did not listen to Moses on (G)account of their [d]despondency and cruel bondage.

7 I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God.(A) Then you will know(B) that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. 8 And I will bring you to the land(C) I swore(D) with uplifted hand(E) to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob.(F) I will give it to you as a possession. 9 Moses reported this to the Israelites, but they did not listen to him because of their discouragement and harsh labor.(H)
