²⁹ For this purpose I also ^(A)labor, ^(B)striving ^(C)according to His working, which He works in me in power.

2 For I want you to understand how great a ^(A)struggle I have on your behalf and for those who are at ^(B)Laodicea, and for all those who have not seen my face in the flesh,

² but after we had already suffered and been ^(A)mistreated in ^(B)Philippi, as you know, we had the boldness in our God ^(C)to speak to you the ^(D)gospel of God amid much ^(E)struggle.

^12 (A)Fight the good fight of ^(B)faith. ^(C)Take hold of the eternal life ^(D)to which you were called, and you made the good ^(E)confession in the presence of ^(F)many witnesses.

^7 (A)I have fought the good fight, I have finished ^(B)the course, I have kept ^(C)the faith.

³² But remember ^(A)the former days, ^[a]when, after being ^(B)enlightened, you endured a great ^(C)conflict of sufferings,

12 Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, ^(A)laying aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, let us ^(B)run with ^(C)endurance the race that is set before us,
