22 And now I counsel you to be of good comfort, for loss of no person of you shall be, except of the ship.[a]
23 For an angel of God, whose I am, and to whom I serve, stood nigh to me in this night [stood nigh to me this night],
24 and said, Paul, dread thou not; it behooveth thee to stand before the emperor [saying, Paul, dread thou not; it behooveth thee to stand nigh to Caesar]. And lo! God hath given to thee all that be in the ship with thee.

22 But now I urge you to keep up your courage,(A) because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed. 23 Last night an angel(B) of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve(C) stood beside me(D) 24 and said, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar;(E) and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.’(F)
