22 Now I exhort you to cheer up, for there will be no loss of life among you, but only of the ship. 23 For there stood by me this night an angel, belonging to the God whose I am and whom I serve, 24 saying, ‘Don’t be afraid, Paul. You must stand before Caesar. Behold, God has granted you all those who sail with you.’

22 But now I urge you to keep up your courage,(A) because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed. 23 Last night an angel(B) of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve(C) stood beside me(D) 24 and said, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar;(E) and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.’(F)
