22 I now bid you take heart; for there will be no loss of life among you, but only of the ship. 23 For this very night there stood by me an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I worship, 24 and he said, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul; you must stand before Caesar; and lo, God has granted you all those who sail with you.’

22 But now I urge you to keep up your courage,(A) because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed. 23 Last night an angel(B) of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve(C) stood beside me(D) 24 and said, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar;(E) and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.’(F)
