22 But now I urge you to have courage, because there will be no loss of life among you, but only loss[a] of the ship. 23 For just last night an angel of God, to whom I belong and whom I serve, stood by me 24 and said, ‘Stop being afraid, Paul! You must stand before the emperor. Indeed, God has given to you the lives of[b] everyone who is sailing with you.’

22 But now I urge you to keep up your courage,(A) because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed. 23 Last night an angel(B) of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve(C) stood beside me(D) 24 and said, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar;(E) and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.’(F)
