4 So indeed, having been sent-out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from there sailed-away to Cyprus. 5 And having come-to-be in Salamis, they were proclaiming the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews. On Cyprus
4 The two of them, sent on their way by the Holy Spirit,(A) went down to Seleucia and sailed from there to Cyprus.(B) 5 When they arrived at Salamis, they proclaimed the word of God(C) in the Jewish synagogues.(D) John(E) was with them as their helper.
6 They traveled through the whole island until they came to Paphos. There they met a Jewish sorcerer(F) and false prophet(G) named Bar-Jesus,
