The Chaldeans Destroy Jerusalem

¹⁵ And Yahweh, the God of their fathers, ^(A)sent word to them ^[a]again and again by the hand of His messengers, because He had compassion on His people and on His habitation;

¹³ And now, because you have done all these works,” declares Yahweh, “and I spoke to you, ^(A)rising up early and ^(B)speaking, but you did not hear, and I ^(C)called you but you did not answer,

²⁵ Since the day that your fathers came out of the land of Egypt until this day, I have ^(A)sent you all My slaves the prophets, daily rising up early and sending them.

⁷ For I solemnly ^(A)warned your fathers in the ^(B)day that I brought them up from the land of Egypt, even to this day, ^(C)rising up early and warning, saying, “^(D)Listen to My voice.”
