1 Samuel 15:28-30

28 Samuel said to him, “Yahweh has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today, and has given it to a neighbor of yours who is better than you. 29 Also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent; for he is not a man, that he should repent.”
30 Then he said, “I have sinned; yet please honor me now before the elders of my people and before Israel, and come back with me, that I may worship Yahweh your God.”

28 Samuel said to him, “The Lord has torn(A) the kingdom(B) of Israel from you today and has given it to one of your neighbors—to one better than you.(C) 29 He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie(D) or change(E) his mind; for he is not a human being, that he should change his mind.”
30 Saul replied, “I have sinned.(F) But please honor(G) me before the elders of my people and before Israel; come back with me, so that I may worship the Lord your God.”
