11 Sing the praises(A) of the Lord, enthroned in Zion;(B)
    proclaim among the nations(C) what he has done.(D)
12 For he who avenges blood(E) remembers;
    he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.(F)

13 Lord, see how my enemies(G) persecute me!
    Have mercy(H) and lift me up from the gates of death,(I)
14 that I may declare your praises(J)
    in the gates of Daughter Zion,(K)
    and there rejoice in your salvation.(L)

15 The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug;(M)
    their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.(N)
16 The Lord is known by his acts of justice;
    the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands.[a](O)
17 The wicked go down to the realm of the dead,(P)
    all the nations that forget God.(Q)
18 But God will never forget the needy;
    the hope(R) of the afflicted(S) will never perish.

19 Arise,(T) Lord, do not let mortals triumph;(U)
    let the nations be judged(V) in your presence.
20 Strike them with terror,(W) Lord;
    let the nations know they are only mortal.(X)
