⁵ Then I acknowledged my sin to you
    and did not cover up my iniquity.^(A)
I said, “I will confess^(B)
    my transgressions^(C) to the Lord.”
And you forgave
    the guilt of my sin.^(D)

³ For I know my transgressions,
